Yes. Create separate assistants for different locations or brands, clone an existing one as a starting point, or archive one to disable it without losing its configuration.

Click Manage Billing Portal in the Billing tab. Everything is handled through Stripe — download invoices, update payment, or cancel anytime.
The chatbot is paused, but your workspace, documents, and assistant settings are preserved. Reactivate anytime by subscribing — no rebuild required.

Security & Privacy

Every account runs in its own isolated tenant workspace. No data is ever shared across customers. Payments are processed by Stripe — Captivate never stores card details.
Chat transcripts and, if the Lead Wall is enabled, voluntarily submitted contact info (name, email, phone, company). No sensitive health, legal, or financial data is collected.
Yes, for general policy-level questions (insurance acceptance, practice areas, cancellation policies). It is not designed to collect PHI or privileged case details. Consult your compliance officer for specific requirements.
